Meet the Team

Learning Center Director
Hello, my name is Allie Frank and I am the Center Director here at A Million Dreams. I have worked in the Early Childhood Education field for 11 years. Prior to becoming an administrator, I taught Pre-Kindergarten for 3 years. I have always had a genuine passion for working with children and the love I have for this field continues to grow. I am married to my high school sweetheart, and we have 7 children ages 1-12 years old. I love playing piano, visiting the zoo and aquarium, going to Red's games and you can absolutely call me a Swiftie.
I obtained my Teaching Credential in 2014 and I'm consistently looking for opportunities to learn and grow as an educator to provide the safest, quality program and create a love for learning in all of my students! I chose to go into education as I learned the vital importance the foundation of early learning and development plays in a child's school career.
As Center Director, I make all efforts to provide a safe, clean and compassionate environment to allow families to know their babies are in the safest place possible while away from their littles. I'm eager to make your years spent here happy, memorable, educational and fun! My door is always open and I encourage you to stop in at any time. Please don't hesitate to see me if you need anything at all!

I have three amazing children of my own- ages 3, 10 and 11. I love being a mom! I enjoyed babysitting since my early teens with my large family and have become very passionate about the childcare field since beginning here at A Million Dreams. Working at AMDLC, I’m given the opportunity to do something I enjoy and is fulfilling, and also allows me to have more time to focus on my family. My nights and weekends involve sports as I haul my son to football and daughter to cheer. In my spare time I enjoy reading, board games, and doing puzzles with my older children. As any Cincinnatian should, I love my Bengals and Reds! I was born in Florida but grew up in Loveland/Milford and am excited for my kids to grow up in the same neighborhood. I am so excited to meet all of the new friends, and their families that will be joining us at our center!

Hello my name is Michelle. I have worked in childcare for 3 years now. I currently work with toddler, but love working with all ages. one thing I love about working with the toddlers is that I get to help them learn and grow through active play. I love watching them learn/discover new things for the first time. Its really fun and enjoyable to see things through their eyes. I believe as mush as we teach and help them grow that they are doing the same thing for us as adults.
Some fun facts about me are: I love spending time with my and family, I love to play and watch soccer, I have played soccer since I was 4 years old, I am also a huge Disney fan. I have been going to Disney every year to every other year with my family since I was a year old.

Oak Lead Teacher
My name is Grace. I was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and have lived in a small town name Reading for the majority of my life. I have five siblings and a blended family. My dad was the youngest of ten and my mom was the middle of five, giving me plenty of cousins and other family to grow up around and develop my passion for teaching and caregiving! I grew up playing soccer and was the captain of my high schools women's team for my last year. Along with soccer I dabbled in basketball, softball, track, and volleyball when I was younger. Not only was I active on the field, my families and I loved to, and still do, travel. (as well as hiking and adventuring!) One of my favorite things to do is take nature walks with my boyfriend of 5 years. Over the years I have visited 12 states, hoping to see them all, and eventually go out of the country. I am hoping to evolve in my career and explore the field someday, but for right now, coming to AMDLC to see your little ones sweet faces everyday is perfect for me!
